Support Staff

Manager

These are the minimum three sets of user profiles required for Trial account.

Employee:

This is an End User, who can create his own tickets, check the status of his tickets and accept resolutions.

Support Staff/Agent:

This is an Agent/Support staff that can start working on the tickets by changing the status to InProgress and can add resolution, close ticket etc.

Employee Manager:

This is an Approver who can approve tickets in service request created by the employee(s)

Note:

1. Please use unique User IDs for each role as given in the screen.

2. Product trial period will be valid for 30 days.
